Meredith Newth, Integrity Employment Solutions, has extensive experience in Employee Relations and Human Resources across a number of sectors including the public, health, community and education sectors.
Meredith’s career has focused on employee relations and dispute resolution. She has worked in the area of conflict management for over 20 years and is a skilled mediator, investigator, trainer, facilitator and coach, and has extensive experience in advocacy for matters at the Fair Work Commission, Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Equal Opportunity Commission.
In her leadership and management positions and wide-ranging consulting services, Meredith has extensive experience assisting managers to develop sound people management processes and skills within their organisation. Her passion is assisting employers and employees in resolving conflict in the workplace.
Over the years in her various roles she has developed relationships with all levels of management to resolve matters proactively well before they become unmanageable. She has also been successful in managing relationships in highly unionised workplaces.
